CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertain- ing to his department were discussed. Minutes of the last meeting were read and, (approved. There were no bills to be approved: ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: This being the date tet for hearing on condemnation resolution . MS., Tor a rignt of way 80 feet wide, hearing was had. Wm. E. Miller, Attorney, filed remonstrances by Lucy J. Tasher Marshall, Whitcomb and Keller, Inc., and John D. Ak 11J. Farneman. Said remonstrances are filed in'jaeket bearing resolution No. 2525, to- gether will all papers pertaining to condemnation proceedings. it Leona White, a Court Reporter, was present to take the minutes of -the meeting and i�a copy of the minutes are attached hereto and'made a part thereof.° There being no. further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 A.M.
