1;1r. '7mudzinski presented to the Board w50..00 received from the sale of an old
Austin western grader. This was in accordance with an ordinance passed by the Common
Council and an appraisal properly made.
Mr. Zmudzinski informed the Board that he was in need of commercial Calcium Chlori
for use on the City streets, and the Cier> cf the Board .vas authorized to advertise
for bids on same.
ETIGINEExIN'G DEPARTi,IE T: A Contractor's Bond in the amount of ?1,000.00 was approved for
Harry Nicodemus and was ordered filed. An e,-:cavation bond was ap.croved for Thilman
Brothers and was ordered filed.

�vTichigan, reports that the maintenance forces have modified the condition of the Grand
Trunk ssing as mentioned in your letter, and the condi

Consideration was given to the petition and rernonstrances of a vacat on resolution
No. 25201 to vacate the alley North of Colfax Avenue from Jacob Street to Twyckenham
Drive, and the vacation was denied. The balance of the advertising fund deposited
by the peitioner was returned.
An appraisal was submitted to the Board by the persons appointed to a --raise the
City owned gravel pit. This appraisal was accepted.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourne
