Home My WebLink About12/13/1943 Board of Public Works Minutes134 The Board of Public 0orks and Safety being fully advised in the premises and con- sidering the aforementioned remonstrance and all other facts and matters relating to these proceedings, did, then and there, enter the following order: It is ordered and decreed that the properties described in Condemnation Resolution No. 2525, be, and the same are hereby, appropriated for the use of the Lity of South Bend, Indiana; that the Engineer of said City be directed. to prepare and file a list of the ol,wmers of the pro- perty and interests affected by the said appropriation and that all necessary further proceedings shall be taken.
