MEETING - SEPTEMBER 200 1943
A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Monday, September 20, 1943 a
9:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the last meeting were read Rnd approve

Williams to Chicago for a conference with
the Federal Works _gency Officials regarding
the Chippewa Avenue project was author-
ized out of the Special W.P.A.
Fund.
A Contractor's bond was approved for the
in the amount of $1,000.00, by Hartford

and Indemnity Company.

was ordered filed. `
An Excavation bond in the amount of $12000.00 by the National Casualty Company
was approved for Charles A. Mahan. This Was ordered filed.
CEMETARY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertain-
ing to his department were discussed.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourn
at 10:00 A.M.
