and damage, of the property concerned in Vacation resolution No. 251.5. Hearing on
assessment roll of said vacation will be Septer;iber 13, 1943.

for construction of a sewer on Duey Street.-

plans to proceed immediately on this petition were made.
CEMETARY DEPARTMENT: The Board was -notified by the Mayor, that Mr. Stanley Leszczynski
has been appointed as Cemetary Sexton to replace Mr. Lisle McNabb.
There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned at
10:00 A.M.
