and will then be publicly opened and read at the office of the Board in the City Hall.
Specifications are on file in said office.

Association askin` that the City- permit the coal dealers to place the coal on the street
and let the purchaser carry it in to the bins, in the case of the purchaser not having
a bin located so the coal can be placed directly in it. o action was taken.
