conditions contained in the deed to the City Fall property, so that the premises could
be freely used or disposed of by the City. The release was recorded on the 2nd day of
July, 1943 at 10:20 A.I':. in record No. 361 on pages No. 9 to 11.
A contractor's bond for "1,000.00 was approved for Russell Perkins. This was
ordered filed.

traps in the addition to the Central Fire Station, at an additional cost of 9s253.00.
