The South mend Sand & Gravel Corporation subriitted a written bid of 'V3, E00.00 for
ten acres of land constituting the City o�rned gavel pit. This was referred to the City
Attorney for the necessar�r le -al action.

ExGiXE'ERING DEPA�r2,,'_ETIT : The Board of Public Viorks and Saf et7. have obtained a release of
conditions contained in the deed to the City Hall property,, so that the premises could
be freely used or dis-nosed of by the City. The release was recorded on the 2nd day of
July, 1943 at 10:20 A.IdI. in record No. 361 on pages 1,1o. 9 to 11.
A contractor's bond for }"l, 000.00 was approved for Russell Perkins. This was
ordered filed.
