MEETING - APRIL 51 1943
A regular meeting of the Board of Public V11orks was held on Monday, April 5, 1943
9:00 A.ivl All members were present. Minues of the last meeting were read and
approved. Claims of the following suppliers in the amount of $8,180.60 were approved

STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Tony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner was present and matters
p ertaining to his department were discussed.
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: Mr. ',Villiams presented the following letter addressed to
Mr. T. L. Green, of the New York Central Railroad:
Mr. T. L. Green: Attached please find communication from Mr. Williams,
City Civil 'Engineer, South Bend, regarding condition -of crossing over
main line at Twyckenham Drive. (fill you please handle with proper parties
with view of correcting the hazard as soon as possible and oblige.

now permitting work to be done on it.

CEMETERY DEPARTMMENT: 'Mr. Lisle I• cl,,abb was present at the meeting and matters per-
taining to his department were discussed. Mr. McNabb also filed his financial
statement for the month of March 1943.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned
