ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: Mr. ',Villiams presented the following letter addressed to Mr. T. L. Green, of the New York Central Railroad: Mr. T. L. Green: Attached please find communication from Mr. Williams, City Civil 'Engineer, South Bend, regarding condition -of crossing over main line at Twyckenham Drive. (fill you please handle with proper parties with view of correcting the hazard as soon as possible and oblige. H. L. Endicott, Agent. C.C. Mr. 111illiams. This will no doubt be corrected very soon, the weather now permitting work to be done on it. HLE CEMETERY DEPARTMMENT: 'Mr. Lisle I• cl,,abb was present at the meeting and matters per- taining to his department were discussed. Mr. McNabb also filed his financial statement for the month of March 1943.
