MEETING -- SEPTEMBER 22, 1942
A special: meeting of the Board of Public "Norks was held on Tuesday, September 22,
1942 for the purpose of approving the agreement between the C.. A. Jordan Co., and the
City of South Bend, for the work to be done on. the Sample Street bridge.
The original plan of Bercliff Estate, having been found to have been irregular in
form when submitted for recording and not legally recorded, was resubmitted to_t he Board
of Public 'Norks and Safety for approval, after having .been approved by the City Plan
Commission. This plan being exactly the same as the original plan, was approved by the
Board.,
There being no farther business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned
at 10:30 A. i12.

A regular meeting of the Board of Public VTTorks was held on Monday, September 28,
1942 at 9:00 A. Y. All members were present. Viinutes of the last meeting were read
and approved. Salary claims, in the amount of $8041.35 were approved and ordered paid.
