HomeMy WebLinkAbout09/22/1942 Board of Public Works Special Meeting MinutesMEETING -- SEPTEMBER 22, 1942 A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Tuesday, September 22, 1942 for the purpose of approving the agreement between the C.. A. Jordan Co., and.the City of South Bend, for the work to be done on the Sample Street bridge. The original plan of Bercliff Estate, having been found to have been irregular in form when submitted for recording and not legally recorded, was resubmitted to -the Board of Public Works and Safety for approval, after haying been approved by the City Plan Commission. This plan being exactly the same as the original plan, was approved by the Board., There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 A. IT. ATTEST.: Clerk.
