Mr. Zmudzinski presented the sweeper report for the week beginning December 1, 1941. l • IIENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: A petition was received asking that the grade be eatablished for ill the alley north of Parkovash Avenue, from Iroquois Street to Ostemo Street. This peti- Ition was turned over to the Engineering Department for investigation and report. Plans and specifications for the repair of the Sample Street bridge railing were +�I l approved by the Board and ordered published for bids. DEDICATION I �I 11HEREAS, a plat of ground, to be used for public alley purposes is now presented to 11the Board, located in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to -wit: • I� A triangular piece of land described as follows, to -wit: Starting at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 4 in Stullts Fourth Addition to the City, Of South Bend; thence due East 14 feet to the east line of a present public alley, thence south along the east line of said alley a distance,of 17 feet; thence northwesterly 252 feet to the point of beginning.
