Scope of Amended Services and Related Matters
ENGINEERING SERVICES BY ARCADIS
Arcadis will provide additional services related to Task 5, Capital Improvement Plan as follows:
Prepare supporting documentation to respond to any requests from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission
(IURC) or the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) related to the development of the capital
improvement plan for the ongoing rate case. Coordinate closely with the City and Barnes and Thornburg staff as
responses are developed.
Prepare presentation materials related to development of the capital improvement plan and participate in up to two
in -person meetings in support of the ongoing rate case.
Deliverables:
• Written and supporting documentation in response to IURC and/or OCCU requests
• PowerPoint slides
Schedule
Tasks will be authorized and completed immediately as requested by the City to support the ongoing rate case or CIP
development.
Budget
Compensation will be completed on a time and material basis for a total fee not to exceed that indicated below.
