The agreement was <br /> ratified by the Teamster Union on October 16, 2016. The agreement was then passed as an <br /> ordinance#10474-16 on October 24,2016. The agreement is for a 4-year period from 2017-2020. <br /> Please note that the attached ordinance includes a previously omitted Longevity section which was <br /> included in the original agreement, however, inadvertently omitted from the ordinance passed in <br /> 2016. <br /> I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings. <br /> It is requested that this bill be filed for 1St reading on September 25, 2017,with 2°a reading, public <br /> hearing and 3rd reading scheduled for October 9, 2017.
