(UA) developed its pricing model with the end user in mind. ALL items necessary to have a complete and fully integrated body worn camera and inc-car video system are included in the pricing. There are NO additional or hidden fees. It Is UA's intent to provide a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model. - Aual software fee for the Virtual Command Center of $1,920.00 per unit includes unlimited data storage in Amazon's CJIS compliant Cloud, AWS. Competitor pricing models typically charge a variable fee for data storage. Variable pricing models prove difficult for an agency to budget anticipated storage costs. UA's fixed storage cost eliminates these budgetary landmines by providing a turn -key solution at a fixed price. Cone of Silence for Solicitations of Goods and/ or Services SBPD Body Camera/ In Car Video Camera Project This Cone of Silence starts on August 17, 2017 and applies to all solicitations and prohibits any communication between the following persons until the termination of the Cone of Silence when the selection committee makes their recommendation to the City of South Bend Board of Public Works on September 12th, 2017: 1. A potential vendor, service provider, bidder, lobbyist, or consultant, or any of their representatives, and the City of South Bend's professional staff.
