Executive Summary
Landmark Sign is a company with 32 years of experience. We have covered many different
types of business and signage programs. We have provided signage for the local restaurant to
Healthcare Facilities with 300+ locations nationwide. We have worked with several banks,
theaters and retail establishments in their rebranding. Landmark Sign specializes in fast turn-
around times. We manufacture all types of exterior signs, so we have complete control over the
fabrication process. We are so confident in our fabrication times that we offer an On Time or On
Us Guaranty.
In a project of this scale, the front end project management is crucial. It is necessary to have
good surveys to identify any construction issues. Shaun O'Brien has 22 years of experience in
the signage industry. He has worked in all aspects of the business, from installing signs,
fabrication, estimating, purchasing, and now sales / project management. This provides a sales
person with a vast knowledge of the technical side of the project. This is a time saver for you
and reduces problems in the future.
Landmark Sign has state of the art tools for fabricating signage. Our I O'x22' CNC router is one
of the largest in the Midwest. This provides us a big advantage when producing many routed
signs, as this project requires, Landmark's fabrication is the highest quality and is done faster
