Scope of Amended Services and Related Matters
ENGINEERING SERVICES BY ARCADIS
Due to higher levels of iron found in the test samples, the City desires to perform additional drilling/testing. Arcadis will
make two site visits to oversee the additional drilling. The first site visit will consist of three days along with a follow up
single day drip. Site visits will coincide with the initial drilling, and again during the test pumping. Following the receipt of
all testing information from gathered samples, Arcadis will perform a final evaluation and report back to the City. In
addition, Arcadis will coordinate with the test well driller (Peerless Midwest). The contract with Peerless Midwest will be
directly with the City and is not proposed to be completed under this Amendment but in parallel with this Amendment.

Amended Pricing Schedule
The estimated budget for services under this Amendment No. 1 is indicated below and as estimated in the attached table.
The overall limit of compensation under this Agreement is as follows:
Original Agreement $66,070
Amendment No. 1 17,340
Overall Limit of Compensation $73,410
If Arcadis will have personnel on site for sampling purposes that could also add fuel as needed
to the generator, an additional $1,400 could be deducted from the above estimate.
