For purposes of this Certification, "Iran" means the government of Iran and any agency or instrumentality of Iran, or as otherwise defined at Ind. Electric Tarp Tarp system should be of the electric type: It should have a one (Y/ NO System: piece, preassembled and enclosed spool assembly with a built in wind deflector for maximum tarp protection. Unit should be direct drive, ball bearing gear motor. Designed specifically for tarp system. There should be no chains, sprockets, belts, pulleys or other exposed moving parts. Unit to be completely installed and operational when delivered. 17 TYPE DESCRIPTION Safety: Truck and equipment to conform to All State and Federal occupational health and safety requirements, including back up warning device. Cab Shield -The emergency cab shield lighting shall have sic (6) oval light Lighting: holes laser cut at the body manufacture facing forward and 6 facing rearward. Six LED amber strobes shall be on the front of the cab shield facing forward, two LED amber strobes shall be on the sides of the cab shield facing sideways, and Six LED amber strobes shall be on the back side of the cab shield bulkhead facing rearward. =There shall be a set (one per side) of LED amber strobe lights mounted on the body lower rub rail midway between the front and rear of the dump bed. There shall be a LED sander light installed at the rear of the body location shall be determined by purchaser. -There shall be two LED underbody lights mounted on the each side of the unit to allow the operator- to see the underbody during nighttime usage. -Body shall be equipped with all -necessary lights and reflectors to meet state and ICC specifications. Central -Pump Drive: The pump and pto shall be load sense and mounted (SS / NO Hydraulic off the transmission pto port. System: -Hydraulic Pump: The hydraulic pump will be a cast iron, variable displacement piston pomp with load sensing control. Pump to feature internal bleed down compensator and separate adjustments for stand by and main pressure. Pump shall be Sauer Danfoss ,jxT75 series pump or prior approved equal. Pump capacity 75CC. -Pump shall have a shutdown circuit. Circuit shall be energized by a tank mounted float to shut off pump flow in the event of a low oil condition. -Shutdown systern shall have a cab mounted system override switch. -Hydraulic Valve: The hydraulic valve will be a cast iron, sectional type spool valve. Valve will feature individual section and flow compensation for each section. The valve will be rated for a nominal flow of 30 gpm. DEDUCTION OF DAMAGES A. If the City cancels the contract for any cause, it shall deduct from whatever is owed the Contractor on the Contract or any other Contract, any amount sufficient to compensate the City for any damages suffered by it because of the Contractor's wrongdoing. 24. METHOD OF INVOICING FOR PAYMENT A. Contractor shall bill the City of South Bend 1. On regular invoice form giving a complete and detailed description of the goods delivered, including purchase order number. 2.
