Refer to attached documents for supporting details. Change Order No. 2 addresses the following changes: Item 22: Lift Station Lift Station, decrease in cost due to change in wall sleeve arrangement ($ 2,305.60) Item 5: Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Erosion Control, decrease in cost due to silt fence quantity reduction ($ 998.00) Item 16: Doghouse Manhole Manhole Structure No. 4, decrease in cost due to reduction of fittings ($ 3,454.00) Item 16: Doghouse Manhole Doghouse Manhole, Testing Credit ($ 308.00) Item 22: Lift Station Concrete, Testing Credit ($ 132.00) NET DECREASE FOR CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 ITEMS ($ 7,197.60) Original Contract Sum $ 917,000.00 Net change by previously authorized change orders $ 10,805.80 The contract sum prior to this change order $ 927,805.80 By this change order, the project amount decreases by ($ 7,197.60) The new contract sum including this change order is $ 920,608.20 This Change Order represents a total change of -0.78% Total change for the entire project +0.40% Time Extensions resulting from Change Order No. 2: Substantial Completion. + 0 days Final Completion: +30 days The time extension addresses an adjustment to Final Completion to compensate for American Electric Power's delay in completing the permanent power connection to the Lift Station. AEP's delay impacted the demolition schedule of the decommissioned lift station. The funding sources for the construction of this project is Utilities, Wastewater Capital Account (642-0630-415-43-66).
