The parties hereto agree to the following terms and conditions as the Amendment to the Agreement
between them dated the 22nd Day of August in the year Two Thousand and Seventeen:
The Project Description, as described on Attachment "A" shall be amended to include
12.76 acres (i.e. the entire Howard Park acreage) in lieu of 2.3 acres.
