(Examples could include a narrative of when you could begin work, complete the project, number of workers, etc. and any other information which you believe would enable the governmental unit to consider your bid.) Work would begin within a reasonable time of the notice of award and within 5 days of the notice to proceed. Work would be completed within time frame as stated in specifications. We currently employ 36 field staff and operate a total of 6 crews in addition to subcontract labor that would be provided at the start of project. A fully detailed schedule will be provided at pre -construction meeting. 2. Bidded projects are quoted by several suppliers and all quotes are used in preparation of the bid, however, the low most responsive quote is the one used to prepare the final numbers.
