APPROVE APPEARANCE AND DISCOVERY REQUEST - CHARGES 09-05 - CORPORAL

Upon a motion by Mr. BonDurant, seconded by Mr. Cottrell and carried, December 30, 2009
was the date set for the exchange of all discovery for the above Hearing to be completed by both
sides.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion by Mr. BonDLirant,
seconded by Mr. Cottrell and carried, President Dempsey declared the meeting adjourned at 1:57
p.m.
