RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE
FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND, $45. 00
AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO
ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE FAIR EMPLOY-
MENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption
of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money
than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government
to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and
WHEREAS, Account No. 213, described as Traveling Expenses, in the Fair
Employment Practices Commission Fund is depleted and the sum of Forty-five ($45. 00)
Dollars is needed forthwith, and
WHEREAS, under Account No. 241, described as Printing, Other than Office
Supplies, under the Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund, there is Forty-five
($45. 00) Dollars, that will not be needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of Forty-five ($45. 00)
Dollars be transferred from Account No. 241, described as Printing,
Other than Office Supplies, under the Fair Employment Practices
Commission Fund, to Account No. 213, described as Traveling Expenses,
under the Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund.
