RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life,
MARY PALMER DAVIS, Mother of Councilman Albert E. Palmer
WHEREAS, her untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow
to her bereaved family and her many friends,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the
Common Council hereby extend to Albert E. Palmer
and to the other members of the family our sincere
sympathy in this their deepest hour of sorrow; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a page be set aside in the
Council Records in the City of South Bend and this
Resolution be copied thereon and a copy duly
certified by the Clerk be sent to Councilman
Albert E. Palmer and his family.
ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
this 10th day of February, 1964.
