RESOLUTION NO 70 -- 64
WHEREAS, GOD, in Ilia Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life,
Joseph T. Kroll, former President of the Coumon Council*
Husband of Irene Kroll, Father of Ronald, Terrence, Dale„
and Mrs. James Engdahl,
WHMEAS, his untimely death has brougeat =ch ;&rief and sorrow
to his wife, Irene Kroll, h--',s sm-w and daughter,
NOW9 THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED: That sae, they C0WON COUNCIL of
the City of South Bend, do hereby extend to
Mrs. Irene Kroll our sincere ey kiathy in this, their

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a page be sat aside in the COUNCIL
