RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN TIE TAXES (GROSS INCOIEu+ ) ACCOUNT OF THE DE- PAMENI' OF PUBLIC PARKS IN THE A'10UNT OF SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($675.00) AND THE TRAIJSFER OF THE SAIZ FROILI THE RENTS ACCOUNT AND FROM REFUNDS, AWARDS & INDEMNITIES ACCOUNT IN TIC SAIIE CATEGORY, TO.-WIT: CURRENT CHARGES. ALL IN THE PARK GENERAL FUI,1. WH M AS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for various functions of City Government to 'meet such extraordinary contingencies; and WEMREAS, Additional funds for Taxes (Gross Income) are urgently needed by the Department of Public Parks to assure its ability to properly perform its fsnction .and the sum of $675.00 is needed forthwith; and WILiZAS, A surplus exists in other accounts where it is not presently needed at this time; and more specifically as follows, to-i,dt: and 1. Three hundred Seventy rive Dollars in account 52 designated as Current Charges, Rents and Three Hundred Dollars in Account 53 designated as Current Charges, Refunds, Awards & Indemnities. NOW, THEi:VFO�, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COPMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, That the sum of $675.00 be transferred to Account No. 57 designated as Current Charges, Taxes (Gross Income) by trans- ferring it from the following accounts, to-wit: 2. Three Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($375.00) from Account 52 and Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) from Account 53, both of said accounts being in the same category to-wit: Current Charges of the Department of Public Parks.
