OFFICE OF CONITZOLLER IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500.00

ITTIEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget
for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary
contingencies; and
t-MREAS, Additional funds for refunds and awards are urgently
needed by the Office of Controller to assure its ability to properly
perform its function and the sum of $1,500.00 is needed forthwith; and
TIMIREI AS, A surplus exists in another account where it is not
presently needed at this time; and more specifically as follows, to-wit:
1. One Thousand Five llundred Dollars ($1,500.00) in Account B-52
designated as Current Charges, Rents.
NOZI, T11TuwFORE,, DE IT REESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTII REND, That the sum of $1,500.00 be transferred from Account B-52
designated as Current Charges, Rents, by transferring to the following
account, to-wit:

designated as Current Charges, P,3funds, Awards and Indemnities, both of
