RESOLUTION NO. 122-65
A RESOLUTION FOR All ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN
THE TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE ACCOUNT OF THE
OFFICE OF CITY JUDGE IN THE, AMOUNT OF $150.00
AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAI9E FROM THE TP.AVELING
EX'ENSES ACCOUNT IN TIRE SAPS CATEGORY, TO-WIT:
SERVICES CONTRACTUAL AND ALL BEING IN THE
GEZXP.AL FUND.
WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget
for the various functions of City Government to meet such
extraordinary contingencies; and
R]H•lEREAS, Additional funds for transportation allowances
are urgently needed by the Office of City Judge to assure its
ability to properly perfoiii its function and the sun of $150.00
is needed forthwith; and
WHEREAS, A surplus e;ists in another account where it is
not presently needed at this time; and more specifically as
follows, to-wit:
1. One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) in Account E-213
designated as Services Contractual, Traveling Expenses.
N011, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, That the sur_i of $150.00 be transferred from
Account E-213 designated as Services Contractual, Traveling
Expenses, by transferring it to the following account, to-wit:
2. One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) to Account E-215
designated as Services Contractual, Transportation Allowance,
both of said accounts being in the sane category, to-wit;
Services Contractual of the Office of City Judge.
