RESOLUTION N0. CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND,
A RESOLUTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE
"BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND IMPROVEMENTS" ACCOUNT
OF THE CITY CEMETERIES DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$250.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM THE
"LAND IMPROVEMENT" ACCOUNT TN THE SAME CATEGORY,
TO-WIT: "PROPERTIES", AND ALL BEING IN THE
GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget
for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary
contingencies; and
WHEREAS, Additional funds for erecting a metal tool shed are
urgently needed by the City Cemeteries Department to assure its ability
to properly perform its function and the sum of $250.00 is needed
forthwith; and
WHEREAS$ A surplus exists in another account where it is not
presently needed; and more specifically as follows, to-wit:
1. Two Hundred Fifty Dollars($250.00) in ACCOUNT N-73 designated
as "Land Improvement".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, That the sum of $250.00 be transferred from ACCOUNT
N-73 designated as "Land Improvement", by transferring it to the
following account, to-wit:
2. Two Hundred Fifty Dollars($250.O0) to ACCOUNT N-71 designated
as "Buildings, Structures and Improvement, both of said accounts being
in the same category, to-wit: "Properties"of the City Cemeteries
Department.
