RESOLUTION NO. 157-67
WHEREAS, God, in His Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life,
WILLIAM E. MILLS, Former Attorney for the Area
Plan Commission,
WHEREAS, his untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow
to his bereaved family and many friends,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the
Common Council, hereby extend to MRS. MILLS,
and to the other members of the family our sincere
sympathy in this their deepest hour of sorrow; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a page be set aside in the Council
Records in the City of South Bend and this Resolution
be copied thereon and a copy duly certified by the
Clerk be sent to Mrs. Mills and family.
