WHEREAS, GOD in his Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life,
MR. LLOYD BLOUGH, Husband of Kathryn L. Blough, South
Bend City Clerk,
WHEREAS, his untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow
to his bereaved family and many friends,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the members of the
Common Council, hereby extend to Kathryn L. Blough,
and to the other members of the family, our sincere
sympathy in this their deepest hour of sorrow, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a page be set aside in the Council
Records of. the City of South Bend and this Resolution
be copied thereon and a copy be signed by Mayor Lloyd
M. Allen and presented to Kathryn L. Blough, City
Clerk, South Bend, Indiana
