RESOLUTION NO. 260-71
WHEREAS, GOD in his Infinite Wisdom, has called from this
life, Clifton P. Engle, Cemetery Sexton of the
City of South Bend, Indiana,
WHEREAS, his untimely death has brought much grief and
sorrow to his bereaved wife, Lela Engle, and
many friends,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the members of
the South Bend Common Council, hereby extend
to his wife and others in his family, our
sincere sympathy in this, their deepest hour
of sorrow, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a page be set aside in the
Council Records in the City of South Bend and
this Resolution be copied thereon and a copy
be presented to Mrs. Lela Engle.
