Agenda: PARC Organizational Meeting (10 minutes)
Committee Chair Randy Kelly called to order the PARC Committee Organizational meeting at
4:35 p.m. He introduced the members of the committee, as well as the two (2)newly appointed
citizen members of the committee.
With no business to discuss, Committee Chair Kelly adjourned the PARC Committee
Organizational meeting at 4:37 p.m.
