RESOLUTION NO. 326-72
A RESOLUTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $140 ,000 .00 IN ACCOUNT NO.
261 "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL" , AND THE TRANSFER
OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT NO. 73 "PROPERTIES" ,
BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have
developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget
so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than
was appropriated in the annual budget for the various
functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary
conditions ; and
WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain
account in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund budget
has money which will not be needed at this time for the
purposes for which it was appropriated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana :
SECTION I . That for the Civil City of South Bend's
share of the cost of improvements in the North East Code
Enforcement Project E-3, the following additional sum of
money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund:
