RESOLUTION N0. 330-72
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE EX -
ECUTION OF AN AMENDATORY CONTRACT FOR THE CODE ENFORCE-
MENT PROJECT, IND E-3
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has previously approved
the submission, to the United States of America, Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment, an Amendatory Application for the Code Enforcement Project, Indiana E-3 dated June
2, 1972 by virtue of Common Council Resolution No. 307-72 , and;
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has approved the afore-
mentioned Amendatory Application; and,
WHEREAS, HUD has tendered to the City of South Bend, Indiana an Amendatory Contract
identified as Indiana E-3 (AMT - 1) covering said Amendatory Application, to be locally
executed and returned; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana is aware that said Amendatory
Application is approved and has reviewed the aforementioned Amendatory Contract, Indiana
E-3 (AMT - 1) ,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
that said Amendatory Contract is approved and that authority is given to the Mayor of the
City of South Bend to execute said contract on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
