Gavin Ferlic The February 7, 2017 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was
Chairperson,Committee
of the Whole called to order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:00 p.m. in the Council's Informal
Meeting Room to interview prospective candidates for the South Bend Common
Tim Scott Council Attorney position.
First District Persons in attendance included Council Members Gavin Ferlic,Jo M. Broden, Tim
Regina Williams Preston Scott, Karen White, John Voorde, Oliver Davis, Regina Williams-Preston, Interim
Second District Council Attorney Aladean DeRose, and Legislative Assistant Adriana Rodriguez.
Candidates for interview included Kevin Podlaski, Casey Cox,Andrew Jones, and
Randy Kelly Margaret Marnocha.
Third District
The Executive Session was called pursuant to the"Notice"dated February 3, 2017
Jo M. Broden (attached)which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana Code
Fourth District (ODL § 6.l(b)(5))to receive information about and interview prospective employees.
David Varner This is to certify that only the subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was
Fifth District that contained in the February 3, 2017 "Notice".
Oliver Davis Council President Tim Scott adjourned the Executive Session at 6:46 p.m.
