RESOLUTION NO. 3 ' j- -23
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CREDITING ANNE
MARGER WITH FOUR YEARS OF PUBLIC SERVICE WITH
THE ST. JOSEPH HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THEREBY
QUALIFYING HER FOR A FIFTEEN YEAR PENSION.
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South
Bend recognizes that Anne Marger has served continuously from
1932 to January 1962 as a school nurse in the South Bend School
system and from January 1962 to 1973 with the St. Joseph County
Health Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend
Common Council that Anne Marger is hereby credited with four
years of service by the City of South Bend, Indiana for pension
purposes and thereby qualifies for a fifteen year pension.
