(11A A I q'A Mayor RESOLUTION NO. 397-73 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, EXPRESSING THE COUNCIL'S SUPPORT FOR THE REINSTATEMENT OF THE TWENTY CENT TAX RATE FOR THE CUMULATIVE BRIDGE FUND. WHEREAS, the Common Council recognizes the urgent need for the repair and building of bridges in St. Joseph County, including the City of South Bend; and WHEREAS, the Council believes that a twenty cent tax rate for the Cumulative Bridge Fund is essential for the proper maintenance and construction of bridges in St. Joseph County, including the City of South Bend, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that the South Bend Common Council fully supports the efforts of the St. Joseph County Commissioners to reinstate the full twenty cent tax rate for the Cumulative Bridge Fund. i M 7 f the Common Council Adopted November 13, 1973
