RESOLUTION NO. 4-/0 J- '7 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND COMMENDING PAUL F. BOEHM,
DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION.
WHEREAS , PAUL F. BOEHM, Director of the Department
of Recreation, is retiring from his office; and
WHEREAS, PAUL F. BOEHM was the first and has been
the only Director of the Department of Recreation; and
WHEREAS, PAUL F. BOEHM has carried out the duties
of his office in an exemplary manner for the betterment and
enjoyment of the people of South Bend and the citizens of our
community; and
WHEREAS, PAUL F. BOEHM is deserving of recognition
and honor by the Common Council on behalf of the people of
the City of South Bend,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend:
SECTION 1. That the Common Council of the City of
South Bend hereby commends and congratulates PAUL F. BOEHM
upon his retirement for the distinguished and meritorious
service which he has provided the City of South Bend as the
Director of the Department of Recreation, and extends its
deepest appreciation for a job well done.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council
and approval by the Mayor.
