This transfer is necessary because of the increased shipment and receipt of evidence, found property, and other similar items. (Original budget $50.00.) From our Contractual Services Account #260 to account #262 - Medical, Surgical and Dental. Due to an increase in injuries to officers on duty, and rising medical costs we find it necessary to request this transfer. 5oncer , ert J. Urban Chief of Police David L.
