RESOLUTION NO. 432-74
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND
SOLLITT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. IN
CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
CONVENTION AND CULTURAL CENTER IN THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS , the contract between the City of South
Bend, Indiana, and Sollitt Construction Company, Inc . , entered
into on the lst day of July in the year of Nineteen Hundred and
Seventy-four in connection with the construction of Century
Center, a Convention and Cultural Center in South Bend, Indiana,
has been approved by the Civic Center Authority and the Board
of Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that:
SECTION I. The above mentioned contract is hereby
approved by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana .
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council and
its approval by the Mayor.
