Agenda: Organizational Meeting
Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic called the Community Investment Committee Organizational
meeting to order at 4:03 p.m.
Will Smith submitted documents that give further understanding and context to the tax
abatement process.
Committeemember Randy Kelly suggested more follow-up on tax abatement applications in
regard to the compliance of the commitments in the application.
With no other business on the agenda, Committee Chair Ferlic adjourned the Community
Investment Committee Organizational meeting at 4:07 p.m.
