Bill No. 17-12 - Special Exception petition for properth, located at 3701 Portage Ave.
Ayoka Paek, Zoning and Business Services Administrator for the Building Department at 125
Lafayette, stated, This petition for special exception comes with a favorable recommendation
from the Area Board of Zoning Appeals. It is for auto sales in a CB District. The intent is for the
petitioner to use it for temporary auto sales in a Walmart parking lot. There was no
remonstrance. They did this same thing last year.
Committemember Jo M. Broden arrived at the meeting.
Committeemember Broden asked, Last year the petitioner requested bathrooms and security, will
this be doing the same?
Ms. Paek replied, The only application we have is for a trailer and a mobile office. I don't know
if they have an application for security.
