Mayor Resolution No. 14 a')- ) S A Resolution for transfer of Funds in the General Fund of the City of South Bend in the amount of $500.00. All transfers are being made in the same Major Budget Classifications within the Morris Civic Auditorium Budget. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to transfer money from one account to another in the same category in the annual budget for various functions of the Morris Civic Auditorium to meet such extraordinary emergencies, and WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain account in the Morris Civic Auditorium Budget has more money than is needed at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: Section I. That the following accounts be reduced in the amount set opposite said account to -wit: Acct. No. Classification Item Amount 223.0 Contractuals Heat $500.00 Section II. That the following account be increased in the amount set opposite said account to -wit: Acct. No. Classification Item :amount 214.0 Contractuals Telephone & Telegraph $500.00 That the transfer of funds as set forth in Sections I and II are required for proper and efficient operation and function of the Morris Civic Auditorium of South Bend and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of South Bend.
