Klosinski, Assistant City Engineer SUBJECT: Agenda Request Form — Project Completion Affidavit 114-075 Wastewater Treatment Plant Grit and Screenings Improvements DATE: March 31, 2017 The Division of Utilities is submitting the Project Completion Affidavit, Certificate of Substantial Completion and Maintenance Bond for Project No. 114-075 Wastewater Treatment Plant Grit and Screenings Improvements to the Board of Public Works for approval at the April 11, 2017 Board Meeting. Background This project included the replacement of aging equipment at the Headworks Building. Grit washers, cyclones, compactors, conveyor equipment, piping upgrades, and automated valves were included in the upgrades. In addition, SCADA 1 HMI upgrades were provided to incorporate additional automation and flexibility for the Operations and Monitoring of the upgraded equipment. The funding source for the project is Utilities, Wastewater, Treatment and Disposal Equipment Account (642-0630-415-43-66).
