1) An existing railroad abutment was found along St. Peter St directly in the path of the new
storm sewer installation. The structure will need to be removed in order to continue installations.
2) Sewer lining unit prices have increased for the new calendar year. Bids were submitted in
2015 and there are new costs associated with performing the lining this year.
3) The time extension is to cover the last two weeks from November 2016 when no work could
be performed before the winter months (December -March).
