AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. 2 Background Data: a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: February 26, 2016 b. Owner: City of South Bend Indiana Board of Public Works c. Engineer: Lochmueller Group, Inc. d. Project: One -Way to Two -Way Street Conversion 2. Description of Modifications: a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: Refer to A1.01 Engineering Personnel A. 1. Add One (1) full-time inspector as required d. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner shall Pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: A. Additional $20,000.00 not to exceed subject to hourly rates.
