An unanticipated shortage has occurred in Account 262.1 "Books"
and in Account 252.0 "Equipment Repair ". Account 261.2 "Title
Insurance and Abstracts" currently has a substantial balance. We,
therefore, respectfully request that a transfer be made in these
accounts as indicated in the attached resolution. The principal
shortage occurs in 262.1 "Books" as a result of the continuing effort
on the part of this Department to increase the efficiency of its law
library.
Your favorable consideration of this resolution will be most
appreciated.
