CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS THE CITY'S AGENT
IN APPLYING FOR CERTAIN FEDERAL FINANCING ASSISTANCE
UNDER THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT AMENDMENT OF 1974.
BE IT RESOLVED BY The Common Council of The City of South Bend,
That Peter H. Mullen, Controller is hereby authorized to execute for and
in behalf of the City of South Bend, this
application and advance of funds (is so desired) and file it in the appro-
priate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal Financing
Assistance under the Disaster Relief Act Amendments of 1974 (Public Law 288;
93rd Congress).
