Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic called the meeting to order with two (2) items on the agenda.

Committeemember Oliver Davis made a motion to continue Bill No. 16 -85 until January 9`''
2017. Committeemember Regina Williams- Preston seconded the motion which carried by a
voice vote of four (4) ayes.
Bill No. 16 -89 — Coveleski Special Exception
Committeemember Oliver Davis made a motion to continue Bill No. 16 -89 until January 9th,
2017. Committeemember Regina Williams- Preston seconded the motion which carried by a
voice vote of four (4) ayes.
With no further business before the Committee, Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic adjourned the
meeting at 3:50 p.m.
